KitKat® Fruit Tartlets
Ingredients
- For the dough:
- 80g wholemeal flour,
- 70g porridge oats,
- 40g brown sugar,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder,
- 60g Greek style yogurt,
- 1 egg,
- 4 KITKAT Classic.
- For tartlets:
- 150g Greek style yogurt,
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar,
- a few drops of liquid vanilla extract,
- 4 strawberries,
- 50g blueberries and currants,
- 4 KITKAT Classic.

Directions
- Roughly mix the oat flakes and pour them into a salad bowl.
- Cut 4 KITKAT® bars into small nuggets.
- In the salad bowl, add flour, brown sugar, KITKAT® nuggets and baking powder. Make a well in the center.
- Add the egg and Greek style yoghurt, mix to obtain a ball of dough. Let the dough stand for at least 1 hour somewhere cool.
- Preheat the oven to 350°C (Th. 6).
- Fill 4 tartlets pans with the dough, bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool and unmold.
- Mix the Greek style yoghurt with the brown sugar.
- Divide the yoghurt into the 4 tartlets. Place 1 strawberry, 1 KITKAT® cut in 4, and blueberries and currants on the top in the center.
